THINGS TO KNOW
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES
Arriving 15 minutes late or more to a session may result in cancellation or reschedule.
Cancellation Policy: Failure to cancel photo session within 48 hours of session time will result in client losing their deposit and having to pay a $50 cancellation fee. If client does not pay the cancellation fee, it will result in not being able to rebook with J & J Lee photography. Deposits or any money paid toward sessions are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, sessions may be rescheduled as a one-time courtesy, if there is at least a 48hr notice given to photographer. A new date must be provided to photographer within 30 business days, or a new booking and deposit will be required.
PAYMENTS
A deposit is due at the time of booking. This amount can change depending on session selected. Deposit goes towards session amount. All remaining payments are due 3-days before the shoot. We accept credit / debit payment, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash.
PICTURE DELIVERY
Processing usually takes 7 business days. Expediting is available for an additional fee.
Your images will be delivered to you by Pic-Time, an online image gallery. Flash-drives are available upon request, for an additional fee.
RAW FILES: Photographer will not under any circumstances release RAW, unedited images to the Client.

Do you provide Photography Services outside of Columbus Ohio?
We offer many different sessions. Birthday, Milestones, Holiday, Portraits, Lifestyle, Creative, Engagement, Wedding, Senior, Graduation, Prom, and Maternity.
We allow our clients to choose the location of their photo shoots. However, we have a list of places to recommend and would love to help you choose the perfect location for your shoot.

Yes. J & J Lee Photography Studio travels. A traveling fee will be applied for any shoot that is more than 30 miles away.
